Remuneration, Perks & All That Good Stuff

Private Medical Insurance

Offering you high quality treatment, shorter waiting times and access to private hospitals across the UK.  This benefit covers the cost of qualifying in-patient, day-patient and out-patient treatments.  The scheme is with AXA Health.  You will be automatically entered into this scheme once you complete your 6 month probationary period. We can add your family at a reasonable additional cost that will come out of your salary.

Group Personal Pension Plan

A Pension is the most tax efficient long term savings plan.  Your contribution goes further with savings in tax and NI through salary exchange and with Purdicom’s’ contribution.  As an employee you will need to contribute 4% and Purdicom will contribute 3%.  Our pension scheme is with Legal and General.

Holiday + Additional Leave

Your annual holiday entitlement, as of 1st January, excluding public holidays is 25 days per year. The minimum statutory holiday requirement is 20 days. You will also receive additional birthday leave, we offer you an additional day off to cover your birthday so that you can spend it with family and plan something special. In additional to this Purdicom also gives its employees Wellbeing days, we offer 2 wellbeing days for you to use if you need a day off to focus on your own personal wellbeing.

Purdicom Pathway

We have a Learning Management System which contains over 100 courses delivered in a variety of learning methods, including video, courses, workshops and documents. They range from Negotiation skills, how to lead a team to excel training or how to write a professional email

Service Awards

We offer long service awards for each year that you remain with us. This come in an annual bonus and an additional days holiday for 3 years, 5 years and 10 years.

Life Insurance

The premium paid by Purdicom to provide life insurance, otherwise known as death in service benefit.  This provides financial comfort to your spouse/partner and/or dependents in the event of your death while employed with us. Purdicom covers you for 4x your basic salary.

Purdicom Perks

We offer a great voucher scheme where you will get your pick of some amazing company perks.  This includes supermarket discounts, taste cards, and great price cinema tickets, plus loads more.

Subsidised Cafe
