TP-Link 2025 Wrap Up
Looking Back on a Brilliant 2025
As we reach the final stretch of 2025 and prepare to swap laptops for Quality Street, it feels like the perfect moment to look back on what has been a genuinely fantastic year for our partnership with TP-Link. From major milestones to packed training sessions, lively events and a few competitive moments involving bowling balls and darts, it’s been a year full of progress and partnership.
Kicking Off the Year in Style
We started the year on a high, celebrating one full year of Purdicom x TP-Link. The day began with a visit to the TP-Link NDC and ended with an evening at Spinners in Reading, where competitive spirits were high and any claims of “beginner’s luck” were quickly exposed. It set the tone perfectly for what turned out to be a very busy and very successful year.

Growing Skills, Growing Confidence: OCNA Training
Training and enablement sat right at the heart of our 2025 activity. Across the year, we hosted eight OCNA sessions at our Oxfordshire offices, welcoming partners from across the channel. By the time the final session wrapped up, 54 partners had become certified, strengthening their technical knowledge and sharpening their competitive edge. The demand, the engagement and the feedback have all been brilliant and we’re delighted to be continuing this momentum into 2026.
Webinars, Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Learning
Ashley Edwards hosted multiple webinars throughout the year, covering a range of topics to support partners selling and deploying TP-Link solutions. Some sessions were delivered with TP-Link joining us directly, others saw the Purdicom team running the ship – but all of them delivered strong attendance, plenty of engagement and genuinely useful insights for partners.
Events, Engagement & Racecourses
We kept the activity level high throughout the year, both online and in person:
Q2 Internal Incentive: Our team took part in a joint incentive with Legrand, with the successful participants enjoying a fantastic day at Newbury Races.
TP-Link Partner Summit: Hosted at Newbury Racecourse, this standout event saw our very own Sales & Marketing Director, Steve Kent, join a panel discussion alongside industry experts including TP-Link’s Kieran Vineer.
Purdicom Partner Day: TP-Link joined us at Silverstone in November for our biggest partner event so far. It was a brilliant opportunity to connect, collaborate and showcase the strength of our growing partnership.
Across all of these events, partner conversations were lively, positive and filled with new opportunities – exactly what we hoped for when this partnership began.
A Year of Real Momentum
While we’ll spare you the full spreadsheet, 2025 delivered some genuinely standout results for TP-Link at Purdicom.
Year on year, we have seen a significant increase in the number of partners actively trading, with partner engagement up by over 70% compared to 2024. Even more encouraging was the depth of that engagement – average partner spend increased by nearly threefold, reflecting larger projects, greater confidence and more strategic deployments.
For us, that growth tells an important story. TP-Link isn’t just attracting new partners; it’s becoming a core part of partner networks and long-term plans. And that’s exactly the outcome we’ve been working towards through consistent training, enablement and hands-on support throughout the year.
Looking Ahead to 2026
If 2025 was about building momentum, 2026 is about accelerating it.
Next year, we’ll be back with more OCNA training sessions (with dates already set, we’ll let you know when they’re live for booking) as well as the introduction of VCSA training, available for the first time through Purdicom. We’ll also be continuing our programme of webinars, partner support, content and in-person activity to help you win more projects and grow your TP-Link business.
TP-Link remains a key strategic vendor for Purdicom, and we’re excited to push even further together in 2026.
A Final Thank You
To all our partners who attended training, joined a webinar, stopped by our stand, shared feedback or simply picked up the phone this year – thank you. We genuinely appreciate your support and collaboration.
Have a wonderful Christmas break, and we look forward to working with you on even bigger and better things in 2026. If you’d like to start planning early, feel free to contact us at tplink@purdi.com.
