PURDICOM SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH NEW VENDOR, HIKVISION, EXTENDING ITS PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

Oxfordshire-based value-add distributor Purdicom signs an agreement with market leading CCTV and Surveillance company Hikvison. The move expands Purdicom’s offering, complementing its wireless, networking & security portfolio.

Hikvision is a world leading manufacturer of security and surveillance solutions. Hikvision was an excellent choice due to their full suite of comprehensive products and solutions they manufacture. They are also seen in a broad range of vertical markets which Purdicom and our customers already work with – Education, Healthcare, Hospitality and Public area’s are all substantial areas to both Hikvision and Purdicom customers today.

Following a recent survey in 2021 Purdicom discovered that many of its existing customers already buy Hikvision and a variety of other CCTV vendors. Therefore, adding both the technology and Hikvision to Purdicom’s portfolio was an obvious choice. Purdicom also believes that with our proactive approach and supportive nature, customers who have limited to no expertise can now be involved with offering CCTV products with the support and guidance from us. Purdicom further fully embraced the brand by fitting 35 cameras across the site to demonstrate and train our technical team around all the unique features Hikvision has to offer its customers.
